What’s in your attic? Do you have some records, tapes and CD’s in good to great condition? Bring them in for a fair evaluation of their value. Or, if your collection is just too big, schedule an appointment, and we’ll come to you.

Record Cleaning

Sonic Disc Cleaning — What's Included:

  • Initial hand inspection and light dry cleaning

  • Full ultrasonic cleaning cycle on our HumminGuru Nova (dirt and grime lifted from deep in the grooves)

  • Distilled water rinse

  • Anti-static treatment

  • New inner sleeve

Pricing: 1–5 records, $3.00 each. 6+ records, $2.00 each.

Double LPs (2xLP) and box sets are priced per disc — a 2xLP counts as 2 records.

Sleeving: want fresh sleeves too, not just the cleaning? Add outer sleeve to any cleaning order upon request.

Turnaround: most orders ready within 2–3 business days. Larger collections (25+ records) may take up to a week — we'll give you a time estimate when you drop off.

Drop-off: bring your records in anytime during store hours. We'll write up a quick ticket and text or call you when they're ready for pickup.

Consignment

We accept vinyl records, CDs, and related audio equipment (turntables, receivers, speakers, and the like) on consignment — locally only, from Columbia Falls and the surrounding Flathead Valley.

Condition: Anything we accept must be in good to great condition. All media must grade at least Very Good (VG) or better. VG means an item is fully playable with no skips — normal wear from previous ownership is fine (light surface noise, minor visible groove wear, a scuff here and there), but no heavy scratches, warps, cracks, or missing parts. We'll do a quick condition check on drop-off, and can't accept items that don't meet that bar.

Split: once your item sells, we split the proceeds 50/50 — the standard consignment split at record stores.

How it works: fill out the request form below and tell us what you've got. We'll follow up to schedule a time for you to bring it in, take a look in person, and confirm what we can take. Once we agree, we'll tag it, put it on the shelf, and let you know when it sells.
